Welcome to Austin Ridge Riders

Welcome to the Austin Ridge Riders Mountain Bike Club web site. We are very glad that you are here! Whether you are an experienced rider or someone who is just starting out, we hope you’ll find the site full of interesting and useful information.

One of the first things you will want to do is sign-up as a Registered User. As a registered user, you will be able to access more information and photos. If you decide to join the Austin Ridge Riders, and we sincerely hope you do, your access to the site will be expanded and you will be able to share information, photos and stories about your latest riding adventures with your new community of friends.

Please browse around. A good place to start is the forum and the calendar and we encourage you join us on a ride soon. You do not have to be an ARR Member to attend most rides so don’t wait! Mountain biking is a great way to relieve stress, improve your fitness, make friends and enjoy the great outdoors. If you have any questions, email them to arrwebsite@gmail.com. We hope to see you on the trail soon!

What is going on at Walnut Creek?!

Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.   Henry Ford

Recently there has been much discussion in mountain bike circles regarding anticipated construction of the North Walnut Creek Trail Project. This project dates back to 2002 and has, for a variety of reasons, gone through periods of activity and inactivity. The presence of survey crews, construction equipment and flagging indicates that the project is again underway.
