Group Ride Questions

Please bring a bike in good working mechanical condition and be sure that any tubeless setup has sealant. Check your derailleur and dropper batteries if you have them.
Your riding helmet (required), and gloves and eye protection.
Plenty of water for the ride
Nutrition/electrolytes
Don’t forget the sunscreen!
Trail multi-tool, mini pump or CO2 inflator, plugs and/or spare tube/patches
Bring a chair and drinks/snacks for the monthly Saturday ride

Trail Crew Workday Questions

Please bring eye protection, sun protection, and plenty of water and nutrition.
Wear gloves and dress in closed toe shoes suitable for working in the dirt around shovels and pick axes. Boots are preferable.
A long sleeve “sun hoodie” with UV protection in white (since it will reflect some heat) is a great choice. Unfortunately it may not stay clean long!.

If you are not receiving membership related emails including member specific content about discounts or annual voting emails, take the following steps:
Sign in to your member dashboard via the IMBA website, then navigate to your profile and check that your membership is current, your email address is accurate and that you have chosen any opt-out settings.
If your IMBA settings look correct double check that you are not blocking or filtering messages from contact@austinridgeriders.com, marketing@austinridgeriders.com, or contact@imba.com, or info@imba.com
If all the above looks correct, please contact us via marketing@austinridgeriders.com with your name, IMBA member number, and email associated with your IMBA account.

We officially organized in 1987, not long after the sport of Mountain Biking began. In fact, we pre-date the International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA). We are Texas’ oldest MTB non profit.

The Board of Directors will send a nomination form to members on an annual basis via the email listed on your IMBA account. Once we have compiled all valid candidates, a ballot will be sent to members for voting.
